The goal you've all been waiting to see!

Well you've been waiting for a while to see it now, and I'm guessing some of you have already seen it, but if you haven't, or if you just want to see it again, take a look at this!

Ben Arfa vs Blackburn with Radio Newcastle...

It really was a special goal. You don't see goals like that in the Premier League really such is the nature of the game, but that was a goal that Lionel Messi would have been proud of. So what does Ben Arfa do? Dedicate it to the fans!

"That goal was for the fans, they have stuck by me for a long time through injury," Hatem told the Chronicle. "I try to give everything for them."

Short and to the point I guess. Meanwhile Alan Pardew described Ben Arfa's wonder strike as the best goal he's ever seen.

"It was the best goal - technically - that I have ever seen," Pardew said briefly.

However Ben Arfa's goal wasn't the only one of the game yesterday. In truth Jonas Gutierrez's strike wasn't too shabby either. A cheeky chip over the 'keeper after some neat build up and interplay is not to be sniffed at. Take a look at the other goals (and THAT goal again!) from the match yesterday.

The win puts us in Round 4 of the competition for which the draw will be made this afternoon. We're ball No 23 by the way so keep your eyes peeled for that one.
