Game On! Newcastle v Reading

Game On at St James' Park The doubt has been removed and it is now definitely a case of 'Game On' after the match had been cast in doubt due to snow.

However it would appear that the club and the council have worked well to clear things up and enable the game to go ahead today. Whether that is a good or a bad thing remains to be seen... Ask me again at roughly 4:45pm!

You could call this a battle of the basement, a six-pointer, anything you like, but the fact is that United must take the three points if they are to avoid being really dragged deep into the mire. At the minute we're five points clear of Reading and two clear of the drop zone. Picking up all the points today would be a massive help ahead of another crunch clash at Aston Villa next weekend.

The game today is not being shown live here in the UK, but it is being broadcast overseas so there is a chance of picking up a stream. Once again if you happen to find a decent stream then by all means feel free to leave a link to it in the comments section below.
