With news this morning that Mike Ashley is on the verge of completing a £90m takeover of retail chain House of Fraser, Alan Shearer has hit back in brilliant style on social media - asking 'what position' does this 'House of Fraser' play?!

After our MINUS £21m net spend over the summer, our failure to sign a much needed left-back (or No 10) on deadline day and our inability to spend over £16m on a single player yet again, this just shows where the money's all gone.
We shouldn't be surprised - the man has no interest in NUFC - however this is a real slap in the face, occurring just hours after the transfer deadline slammed shut at 5pm last night.
