Confirmed - NUFC send scouts to watch in-form forward with 7 goals in 9 games this season
As confirmed by 'Scouts in Attendance', Newcastle United had club officials present to watch Bordeaux star Francois Kamano in action in the Europa League last week.
We were linked with a move for the Guinean international at the back end of September, but it's emerged that NUFC scouts WERE at Bordeaux's Europa League defeat to Copenhagen last Thursday.

Despite missing a penalty on the night of the game we watched him in, the 22-year-old has enjoyed a stunning start to the new Ligue 1 season.
He's scored 7 goals in 9 league games, bagged two goals and two assists in Europa League qualifiers and has been at it again over the weekend, scoring two in Bordeaux's 3-0 win over Nantes on Sunday - taking them up to 7th in Ligue 1.
Kamano is predominantly a left-winger but has also operated on the right-hand side.
One to watch ahead of the January transfer window perhaps..
