These 6 players could yet leave NUFC between now & 11pm Thursday..

With transfer deadline day fast approaching it doesn't look like we will be bringing in many, if any new faces (shock!).

There could however be a few departures before Thursday night's deadline - although a few will be reliant on us bringing in a replacement.

Isaac Hayden - He's handed in a transfer request twice over the past few months BUT it seems clear he will only leave if replacement is signed, with us currently massively short in the midfield (hence why he's starting). West Brom and Vila are said to be keen.

Jacob Murphy - He's in a similar predicament in that he'd only leave if another winger arrives. He's been in talks with West Brom and looks set to join them IF Rafa lands a replacement. He NEEDS game time, being someone who looks woefully short on confidence whenever we see him.

Achraf Lazaar - The forgotten Moroccan is said to be in talks with Cagliari over potential loan move back to Italy. He's been a shocking signing and isn't part of Rafa's plans whatsoever. The quicker we get rid the better for all parties, with us currently paying him to take pictures on Instagram it seems..

Rolando Aarons - Rafa has clearly worked him out - and his unsuccesful spell in the Czech league last year has sealed his fate. He has no future and isn't playing at reserve level never mind with our seniors. It says a lot when we're struggling out wide and at full back yet he and Lazaar don't get a look in - even in cup games where we've been down to our bare bones.

Freddie Woodman / Karl Darlow - It seems unlikely after Eliot injury but one of them could well go. Woodman may be loaned out to give him regular game time at senior level or Darlow could leave permanently after slipping well down pecking order. In fairness, Darlow is probably too good to be a third choice goalkeeper and Woodman needs game time desperately after a couple of unconvincing games in the FA Cup.
