Club set to make £20m bid for NUFC star - & player is keen to complete the move - Report
According to GOAL, Valencia are preparing a £20m offer for Newcastle United star Ayoze Perez - and the player himself is eager to join them.
The 25-year-old has made his quite clear in recent months that a return to Spain could be on the cards, so it's no surprise to hear that a move to Valencia appeals.
Not only were they the best side in La Liga outside of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid last season in 4th, that finish has now secured them a place in the Champions League ahead of the new season.

It would be a real blow to lose our top scorer over the past TWO Premier League seasons, however this move felt likely even if Rafa Benitez stuck around at St James' Park.
Sadly, his exit seems imminent, although it would not surprise me if Mike Ashley and co. demand quite a bit more than £20m.
