A fed-up Newcastle fan has sent a passionate message to Steve Bruce after calling up BBC 5 Live following our dismal 3-0 defeat at Brighton on Saturday night.

His emotional rant sees him admit that this is the "worst dross I've ever watched" in all of his 50 years of supporting Newcastle United.

The unnamed fan makes a host of damning points against the NUFC boss, believing he's "tactically inept", has lost the dressing room and is producing an "unwatchable" brand of football that has us hurtling towards the Championship if he doesn't walk away.

He also slates Bruce for his 'baffling' team selection, questioning why we are constantly playing without a striker - despite him regularly talking up Dwight Gayle but never playing him - and giving Joelinton regular starts while Jacob Murphy is restricted to nothing but late cameos.
