Sky Sports are reporting that Joe Willock's proposed move to Newcastle United has been delayed over personal terms.

As explained below, there's believed to be no issues between Arsenal and Newcastle after a fee rising to £25m was agreed on Sunday night, with problems surrounding personal terms to blame for the 'lack of progression' over the past 72 hours.
