First glimpse of new Newcastle United away shirt finally released by Castore - Official photos

Castore have released a first glimpse of Newcastle’s new away kit for the 2022/23 season on social media, confirming it will be available for purchase from 10am on the 29th July. 

This will be the third and final kit released for the upcoming campaign after they also produced a traditional black and white home strip - with no obvious numbers on the front - which has been worn in every friendly we've played so far this summer. 

It also follows the release of our controversial green and white third kit which has been under some scrutiny after appearing to replicate the Saudi Arabian national kit. 

Looking at the images, the new away kit will be a deep dark blue with gold colouring on the edge of the sleeves and badge, with many supporters already declaring their love for the shirt. 

As far as new kits go - and taking away any controversial opinions - it’s fair to say that Castore have pretty much nailed it this season as the reception from fans seems to be fairly positive for all three strips.
