Confirmed Newcastle team to face Crystal Palace - 2 changes, Isak starts and key duo miss out

The team sheets are out ahead of today’s 3pm kick off at St James' Park, seeing us take on Crystal Palace in our third home game of the new season.

Eddie Howe has made TWO changes, seeing Fabian Schar and Sven Botman replace Jamaal Lascelles and Dan Burn at the back.

Alexander Isak STARTS, but there's no Bruno Guimaraes or Allan Saint-Maximin in the squad, with neither risked as they manage minor hamstring injuries.

Elsewhere, Callum Wilson and Jonjo Shelvey remain out with hamstring injuries, while Emil Krafth is a long-term absentee after suffering a serious knee injury.
