PSG, Real Madrid & Juventus 'frustrated' after Newcastle beat all three to January bargain - Report
After another dazzling display from Bruno Guimaraes over the weekend, European giants Real Madrid, Juventus and PSG are waking up to the fact they have missed out on one of the bargains of the decade.
The Brazilian has been nothing short of sensational since joining in January, and the biggest clubs on the continent are now ‘frustrated’ - according to The Chronicle - that they were caught napping by Newcastle; who were able to jump the queue for the midfielder with a £40 move back in January.
Bruno has the skill set and the attitude to make it to the very top, but there's believed to be no clauses in his contract for Real Madrid to just swoop in and take him away from us, not to mention he seems so happy on Tyneside.
Of course no supporter could ever blame him for wanting to play for the one of if not the biggest club in the world, but, for now at least, the 24-year-old is playing his best football and feels at home in a city where he is worshipped.
It is not often that we head into a transfer battle with title-winning sides and come out victorious, but with the investment and long-term plan our owners are setting out, who’s to say this won’t become a regular occurrence.
