TV stream confirmed as Newcastle fans are offered chance to watch 12.30pm friendly at SJP

Newcastle have confirmed that our friendly fixture at St James' Park against Rayo Vallecano will be available to stream for free on NUFC TV this afternoon.

We take on the La Liga side at 12:30pm in what will be our final warm-up friendly - after playing against Al Hilal just over a week ago - in preparation for the return of the Premier League season.

While those who were at the World Cup may not feature - Callum Wilson, Kieran Trippier, Nick Pope, Bruno Guimaraes and Fabian Schar - they could be available for our cup tie against Bournemouth next week.

It has recently been revealed that during his 15-month exile, Eddie Howe spent time with Rayo Vallecano boss Andoni Iraola in his bid to become a better manager - so it should be a good reunion for the pair.
