Agent set for crunch talks with Newcastle United and Arsenal next week - Fabrizio Romano
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Ivan Fresneda's agent will return to England 'next week' to hold talks with both Newcastle United and Arsenal.
The 18-year-old's representative, Luis Bardaji, was spotted in London earlier this month to discuss a move for the Real Valladolid star, but Romano insists that 'no decision' will be made on the defender's future this week.
For Arsenal, it seems any move very much depends on them offloading Cedric Soares to Fulham to make room for the youngster, particularly with a deal for Polish defender Jakub Kiwior all but confirmed.
Newcastle remain intent on adding depth in that right-back position to provide cover and long-term competition for Kieran Trippier, with head of recruitment Steve Nickson spotted watching the La Liga talent in action against Real Madrid last month.
With Chris Wood leaving for Nottingham Forest, hopefully there will be enough money in the budget for a new forward, another midfielder and the teenage full-back.
