Joelinton hint arrives from Brazil and Gordon one to watch after England announcement

It looks like Joelinton could be in line for his Brazil debut ahead of Saturday's friendly against Guinea.

As revealed by Globo, a leak from this week’s training game showed big Joe starting in midfield alongside Man Utd's Casemiro and West Ham star Lucas Paqueta. The training XI also featured Real Madrid trio Vinicius Junior, Eder Militao and Rodrygo, with Spurs striker Richarlison up front.

In the past, training leaks and line-ups released by this account have sometimes been the team that starts their next game, meaning we might just see the Newcastle midfielder make his full debut this weekend.

Staying on the international scene, Anthony Gordon has been called up to the final Young Lions squad set to compete at this summer's U21 European Championships.

He's been pictured arriving at St George's Park today after making the cut. The tournament - held in Georgia and Romania - kicks off on June 21st, where England face holders Germany, Czech Republic and Israel in their group.

The 22-year-old has four goals in nine games for England U21s and is raring to go ahead of what promises to be a huge pre-season for the former Everton talent. Hopefully he has a great tournament and arrives back on Tyneside full of confidence.
