Newcastle handed brutal start to 2023/24 season - Official Premier League fixtures announced
The fixtures have been confirmed announced ahead of the 2023/24 season, revealing a tough start for Eddie Howe's Newcastle United.
We kick-off with a home clash with Aston Villa on Saturday 12th August (5.30pm), followed by a trip to treble winning Man City the following weekend.
After that, we return to St James' Park to face Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool, then travel to Brighton in our fourth fixture, before facing Brentford at home in our fifth. Bring it on!
December looks hectic, seeing us play SEVEN times in 29 days - and that doesn't even factor in our final group game in the UEFA Champions League.
Our final day of the season is a trip to Brentford, with Man Utd away, Burnley away and home games against Brighton and Sheffield United also featuring in a run-in that looks very favourable from February onwards.
