The NUFC Blogcast is back for the second time this week, as I recorded a short preview ahead of Wednesday's Carabao Cup clash with Man City (Listen here or hit the play button below for the full episode).

The episode covers everything Eddie Howe had to say on what looks to be a serious injury for Harvey Barnes, along with some other team news ahead of tomorrow's game.

I pick out 10 players - and several fringe men - in contention to play if we do rotate heavily and six Man City stars who've been ruled out of the match by Pep Guardiola.

My predicted XI also features, along with Howe's comments on the cup, rotation plans and his response to Guardiola's comments; where he claimed he "won't waste 1% of energy on the Carabao Cup."
