Joelinton STARTS after his surprise return to training earlier this week, with the Brazilian one of 10 changes made from Sunday's 8-0 win at Sheffield United.
Pope keeps his place, but Livramento, Lascelles, Dummett, Targett, Tonali, Miley, Hall, Murphy, Joelinton and Isak replace Trippier, Botman, Schar, Burn, Longstaff, Bruno, Anderson, Almiron, Barnes and Wilson.
Gordon is on the bench, alongside the likes of Ritchie, Manquillo and a host of star names who started last weekend.
As for Man City, Erling Haaland is on the bench, with Ruben Dias and Kyle Walker rested as Pep Guardiola promised. Elsewhere, Rodri is suspended and Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and John Stones remain injured.
