Real Madrid officials sent to St James' Park to watch two Newcastle stars vs PSG - Report
According to a report from Spanish outlet Defensa Central, Real Madrid scouts will be at St James' Park on Wednesday to watch Alexander Isak and Bruno Guimaraes take on PSG.
The Brazilian midfielder has previously been linked with the Spanish giants but has frequently reaffirmed his commitment to the project at Newcastle, with a contract extension now imminent.
That said, the supposed £100m release clause that is included in his new deal can only be afforded by a handful of European sides, and Los Blancos are certainly one of them.
It seems Isak may also be on Real Madrid's radar. The La Liga giants have long standing interest in Kylian Mbappe, but are also on the lookout for another centre forward after replacing Karim Benzema with former Toon striker Joselu!
Interest in both is inevitable now they're performing in the best league on the planet and about to test themselves against another European heavyweight in PSG. Let's hope both stay on Tyneside for many years to come and help us to a historic win on Wednesday night!
