Luis Enrique posts classy picture from SJP and makes telling Newcastle claim ahead of PSG clash

PSG boss Luis Enrique insists Newcastle were the team in pot four that 'no one wanted' and has posted a classy picture alongside a Sir Bobby Robson memorial inside St James' Park.

Speaking to the press from the SJP press room, the former Barcelona believes his side will face a ?hostile? atmosphere tonight and described Eddie Howe's side as a 'complete football team', hailing our high press and quality in and out of possession.

Ahead of our first Champions League home game for two decades, the Spaniard said there's ?no reason? that Newcastle can?t go far in the tournament, admitting ?anything can happen? past the group stage.

In terms of the crowd, Enrique describes St James' a 'spectacular place to come and play' and was part of the Barca side we famously beat 3-2 back in 1997.

Here's what he told the media ahead of the match, followed by the brilliant picture he's posted on Twitter alongside Sir Bobby Robson; the man who managed him at the Nou Camp:

?They (Newcastle) are the team in the fourth pot that no one wanted. We know they play at a high level. They are very good in possession and off the ball as well. They play with a very high press. They are a complete football team and they will be playing in front of extremely passionate supporters as well.

?I don?t think the Champions League is about consistency. You may need to that to get out of the group but once you get to the knockout stage, anything can happen. All teams can go far in the Champions League, there is no reason why Newcastle can?t either.

?We?re coming to St James? Park and it?s a hostile atmosphere but hostile from a sporting point of view. It?s a spectacular place to come and play and it will be good to see what our players are made of playing here at St James? Park.
