Updated Premier League table after last night's results - Tonight's game got even bigger!

It's been a brilliant few weeks for Newcastle United, who've responded to that 2-0 defeat at Bournemouth with convincing league wins over Chelsea and Man Utd, along with an impressive point in Paris.

We head to Everton tonight full of confidence and could with another win to keep pace with our top-four rivals after results elsewhere went against us last night.

Aston Villa moved six points clear of us and up to 3rd with a 1-0 win over Man City, who have slipped to 4th! Man Utd went back above us with a 2-1 win over Chelsea, Brighton closed the gap to one point with a 2-1 victory over Brentford and Liverpool went eight clear of us in 7th and up 2nd after a 2-0 win at Sheffield United.

Spurs play in the 8.15pm kick-off at home to West Ham tonight, with Ange Postecoglou's side one point above us, as things stand, ahead of our trip to North London on Sunday.
