Howe reveals triple injury blow and Lewis Hall update after 1-1 draw with Everton
Eddie Howe has issued an update on the injury front following Tuesday night's 1-1 draw with Everton, where Kieran Trippier, Tino Livramento and Miguel Almiron all missed out.
The boss has revealed that Almiron (knee) and Livramento (ankle) looked set to be sidelined for "around a month", while Trippier (calf) has been ruled out of Saturday's trip to Fulham and is "not ready to play yet."
In better news, Howe confirmed that Lewis Hall was withdrawn due to "fatigue", playing down any fears that the left-back picked up an injury.
Speaking after the match, he said: “When you’ve got the glut of games that we have, it’s going to hurt us short-term. Miggy (Almiron) will be out around a month, we think, with a knee injury, Tino the same with an ankle injury.
"Kieran’s not ready to play yet, so he won’t be back for the Fulham game (on Saturday) definitely.”
However, the injury list is looking long and the lack of options on our bench was telling against Everton, with Trippier, Botman, Lascelles, Joelinton, Tonali, Wilson, Gordon, Targett, Livramento, Pope, Almiron and Miley all missing out through injury or suspension.
