Newcastle line up three loan exits after Portsmouth approach - Reports

According to reports today, Newcastle United could loan out Alex Murphy and Jamie Miley, with new recruit Odysseas Vlachodimos also tipped to depart in the same transfer window he signed.

Mark Douglas at the i reveals that Murphy - an Irish defender who signed from Galway two years ago - has interest from the Championship, with newly-promoted Portsmouth approaching the club over a potential loan.

Should he leave for the south coast, the 20-year-old would join former Mags Matt Ritchie and Elias Sorensen at Fratton Park.

The Athletic report that Jamie Miley - Lewis' older brother - has interest from a host of EFL clubs, while Vlachadimos could also leave on loan just six weeks after he arrived from Nottingham Forest in a 'PSR deal' involving Elliot Anderson.

The Greek international missed out on our matchday squad last weekend and, as things stand, 'appears the most likely' to depart with Newcastle currently having five senior goalkeepers on their books in Pope, Dubravka, Vlachadimos, Ruddy and Gillespie.
