It was a positive night for Newcastle United on several fronts last night.

An important win to get us through to the last 16, a game full of goals that will give us confidence after recent blanks, and plenty of strong performances.

Joelinton and Will Osula both bagged two each, but we also saw impressive displays from Lewis Miley, Bruno Guimaraes ran the show, Lewis Hall started his first home game since February and Nick Woltemade looked superb in his late cameo.

Four goals and a big win, setting up a fourth round tie with Spurs and sending us into Sunday's clash with Arsenal on a high.

A special mention for Andy Cook; the boyhood Newcastle fan who scored Bradford's goal emphatically at the Leazes End.  A superb strike that didn't impact the result, but gave him a moment he will never forget!
