WATCH: Bruno Guimaraes misses penalty as Fleetwood KO Arsenal in cup shock
Newcastle United are back in action tomorrow night, taking on Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the last 16 of the Carabao Cup.
The draw for the quarter-finals will take place tonight, following the conclusion of Liverpool vs Chelsea at Anfield, but Arsenal will not be in the hat, with Fleetwood Town producing one of the great League Cup upsets...with a little help from Bruno Guimaraes.
Arsenal out as Bruno misses in the shootout
As Bradford progressed in a 2-0 win over Peterborough, League Two strugglers Fleetwood Town also booked their spot in the last eight via a shock win over Arsenal.
After Viktor Gyokeres drew the Gunners level on 50 minutes and Max Dowman saw red, Fleetwood held on for penalties and were outstanding in the shootout, winning 5-3 as former Mag Bruno Guimaraes saw his tame effort saved.
Watch highlights from the shootout below, showing the Brazilian miss another decisive penalty just months after his country's World Cup exit against Norway.
