Newcastle confirm St James' Park drone shows TONIGHT - Full details and how to watch
Drone shows produced by kit sponsors Sela look set to take place above St James' Park tonight, celebrating our return to the Champions League after 20 years away.
The two shows are expected to take place around 8pm and 9.45pm, with this coming after a trial run on Sunday night; hence the flurry of photos and videos on social media.
There is no pre-match show planned on Wednesday due to safety concerns and fans have been advised to watch from a distance, as anyone gathering at St James' Park will NOT be able to see the display.
Although it would've been a real spectacle in the build up to our UCL clash with PSG, it promises to whet the appetite ahead of Wednesday's first home game back amongst Europe's elite.
Many fans on social media were disappointed to discover that the display would not be on prior to the match, but it’s sure to be a great spectacle nonetheless.
