Massive Newcastle away allocation confirmed for Everton clash

A huge number of Newcastle United supporters could head to Everton for our Carabao Cup fourth-round tie, with the club confirming an allocation of 7,732 tickets.

Applications open to all Newcastle season-ticket holders at 2pm on Monday 28 September and close at 2pm on Tuesday 29 September, further details available on the club’s ticketing website.

The match takes place at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Thursday 29 October, kick-off 7.45pm, with a place in the quarter-finals at stake, live on Sky Sports.

More than twice our previous following at Everton

Around 3,000 Newcastle fans were at Hill Dickinson for our 4-1 win there last November. This allocation is more than two-and-a-half times that following, giving thousands more supporters the chance to make the journey to Merseyside.

The cup tie is the first of back-to-back meetings with Everton, who visit St James’ Park in the league on Monday 2 November.

A Thursday-night trip will take some arranging around work and travel, but an allocation this size makes it a welcome opportunity for fans hoping to get to an away game.
